For over 25 years, we've walked alongside churches to help them clarify and fulfill God-given vision.

In a recent meeting, I asked a pastor we'd served for a little over a year, "Help me understand what we've done for you in this season. I'd love to be able to communicate to other churches how we helped you."

He said, "Richard, the best way I can explain who you are to my pastor friends is to say that you're a spiritual midwife."

I said, "What?"

He said, "Yeah, you're a spiritual midwife."

I said, "I don't think I'm following you."

He said, "Richard, you helped us discern the heartbeat of God's vision for us, and then you walked with us until that heartbeat came to pass, and we were able to give birth to the vision of the next season God had for us. You're a spiritual midwife."

I was blown away, and very honored. It wasn't exactly something I was going to put on the brochure, but I realized that's the unique calling we have: to come alongside church leaders, help them clarify the vision of the future God is giving them, and help them step into it and bring it to pass. It's something we've been able to do for over 25 years.
